It is important to look at your personal wellness, which by now I am sure most of you are aware of (an holistic approach to your personal wellbeing, making sure you are looking after you mental, physical, spiritual, occupational and emotional health). But also I would like to introduce you to your “community wellness” and how you can draw on the resources from your local town to help you and vice-versa. How you as a writer can help your community.
